We require a minimum lead time of 3 working days from the date of full payment. We require 7 working days if you require customised labels to be printed.

Custom label printing for your event is possible, and we will pass the cost on to you directly from our printers. We recommend round stickers of 4-6cm diameter. Please send us a high resolution PDF file. The labels will cost $0.40 per sticker.

We charge a $20 flat fee for every 80 bottles per delivery. We do not offer free delivery for orders of any quantity.

We can accommodate deliveries everyday and at anytime, subject to our availability.

All our drinks are bottled in 250ml amber glass bottles, unless otherwise stated.

All drinks will be delivered chilled and ready to drink in styrofoam boxes. The drinks will stay chilled for 6 hours if kept properly in the boxes.

We take payments via Electronic Bank Transfer, PayNow, PayPal and Credit Card (subject to additional surcharges).

Payment is strictly 100% payment up front.

The coffees can be kept for 5 days if refrigerated properly. However we highly encourage customers to finish consuming their beverages on the day of the event, as drinks are often laid out in the open for display.
